1) in-geometry: if the detector subsystem exists in geometry
2) is-active: if the detector subsystem provides hits and was not disabled manually (case of MVD in tb)

CA: replacing the hard-coded disabling of detector subsystems with respect to the tracking mode (STS, mCBM, global) to the corresponding CA-configs; adding geometry layer index to ca::Station

  - improvement of kf::SetupBuilder
  - introduction of the builder intialization from existing setup;
CA: fixes of setup initialization in parameters

cbm::algo::ca::TrackParamBase (and derivatives) are moved to the KfCore library (now, cbm::algo::kf::TrackParamBase)

Additionally, dependiencies are cleaned-up
