Corrects long standing issue. Adds creation macro to long-time in-use binary. Test module box shifted by 500 micron to remove overlap. Binary made reproducible. 

Rename. Move to sensible directory. Record keeping.

This macro was used to create
* mvd_v17a_tr.geo.root and * mvd_v17a_vx.geo.root
as found in https://git.cbm.gsi.de/CbmSoft/cbmroot_geometry/tree/master/mvd
FEBs... -> heatsinks enlarged by 0.7cm

- Use latest STS, TRD and TOF geometries
- Switch to TRD v24e as default, refs #3280
- Use mRICH v24a in setup, Shift RICH upstream in z by 12 cm, following the TOF mainframe, refs #3302

- v24e: shifting the TRD1D downstream module by 3 cm in -x direction relative to v24d

Changes default macros to output reproducible binaries. Provides psd_v24f which coincides with pipe_v21f and fsd_v23f, i.e. no magnetic field.

TRD2D for the electron, hadron, muon setups. Compliant with 1-day layout.

Edit miscalculated acceptance angles to highlight that they are from the centre of the magnet.

For 10 AGeV Au beam (11 AGeV/c), relates with pipe_v21i
Make default in electron setup

Update sis100_muon_lmvm setup.

Incremental improved geometry. Readout shape corrected for stations 1 and 2 now with steel supports. FR4 material for edge frame, readout and drift. Al support with hole for PCBs.
