macro to create MVD v17

This macro was used to create
* mvd_v17a_tr.geo.root and * mvd_v17a_vx.geo.root
as found in https://git.cbm.gsi.de/CbmSoft/cbmroot_geometry/tree/master/mvd
FEBs... -> heatsinks enlarged by 0.7cm
Several commits squashed.
