geometry repo tag update for PSD

Include PSD geometries for Au beam at 12A GeV/c with full magnetic field (v22a) and 3.3A GeV/c with 60% magnetic field to fit beam dump (v22b). Setup files also updated.

Include PSD in its parking postions (v22c) to be used in hadron and muon setups. Hadron setup file updated.
