add mSTS v22a which implements its aluminium box and include it to the mcbm setup 2022_01, refs #2404

The geometry repository hash update will bring the following changes in the master:

new TOF v21a
new mSTS v22a
new MVD v20d, shifted to match coordinate change and avoid collision with beampipe
new beampipes with bellows v21e and v21f
Update of the main setup files to use the new TOF and MVD geometries
