add mSTS v22a which implements its aluminium box and include it to the mcbm setup 2022_01, refs #2404

The geometry repository hash update will bring the following changes in the master:

• new TOF v21a
• new mSTS v22a
• new MVD v20d, shifted to match coordinate change and avoid collision with beampipe
• new beampipes with bellows v21e and v21f
• Update of the main setup files to use the new TOF and MVD geometries
