New MVD Material Budget Macros

This merge requests adds new macros for the MVD to run the simulation and analysis concerning the material budget of the MVD geometries. The new macros closely follow the ones from STS: cbmroot: /macro/sts/matbudget_{mc,ana}.C.
In addition to creating nice plots, the material maps for cbmroot_parameter are being generated. A separate merge request on that repository is adding the newly created maps mvd_matbudget_v20{a,b,c}_{tr,vx}.root: CbmSoft/cbmroot_parameter!15 (merged).
Older macros that are not working anymore were removed with commit 6c261fa5.
