new matbudget maps for MVD v20{a,b,c}_{tr,vx}
This adds new material budget maps for the v20{a,b,c}_{tr,vx} geometries.
They were generated with the new MVD macros from merge request #27 to cbmroot: computing/cbmroot!27 (merged)
