Bump geo hash to bring rich v23b into cfv setup

Setting to auto-merge as it entered the master of the geometry repo + to see the effect in the nightly/weekly tests

As reminder: mCBM experience taught that waiting to bump the hashes led to problems later with MRs ready to merge but blocked, so anything entering the geo or param masters HAS TO enter the cbmroot master as soon as possible
