Provide RICH CFV v23b based on setup v23a

The MR provides the currently funded version (CFV) of the RICH geometry v23b, based on the v23a geometry.

In each camera one column of backplanes on the most left and right side are removed.
And one row of backplanes on top of the camera for the upper camera (bottom for the lower camera) is removed.

The alu_frame's are keept as they are, just the camera_module's and subsequent nodes are removed in those areas.

Full setup: 196 Backplanes 1176 MAPMTs 75264 channels

CFV setup: 144 Backplanes 864 MAPMTs 55296 channels

This code changes can not be included in the CbmRoot repo, since the code advanced too far.
But will be included in the newest version for v25a soon.
