CI for mCBM 2024 Ni with temporary example run

1. Needed as we got the first cases of dev changes breaking the 2024 analysis
2. Picked the run I had available in my lustre, will/may be changed once the mCBM team decide on which runs should be reference ones

Draft steps:

• Get/fix the CI machinery until the pipeline on run4 reaches the crash observed after !1872 (merged) by @a.bercuci
• Add commit with fix to !1872 (merged)
• Add eventual other fixes until pipelines on run4 succeed
• Add eventual other CI/CMAKE fixes until pipelines on runners without real-data succeed
• ⚠ Fix Warning/Error about BMON digis with address = 0x0 ⚠
• Reduce/move to debug the CA printouts/event
• Reduce/move to debug the QA printouts/event
• Tune the maximum runtimes for CI-Merge/Continuous and Weekly cases
• Cleanup commits already merged with !1883 (merged) and !1884 (merged) and !1888 (merged)
