mTof mapping 2024 for old style and online unpackers

• Offline part to be cross-checked, from printout 1:1 equivalent but would need to be checked at teh Digi level to make sure addresses are identical
• Online part based on !1720 (merged) so this other MR should be merged first, selection done by providing a run ID to the online binary
  • default 2391 defaults to the 2022 parameters
  • Tested with defaults and the first TS of 2391, gives, the same number of Digis but would need to be checked at the Digi level to make sure addresses are identical
  • Maybe could be used to switch the mSTS parameter file without needing to change some symbolic links
