FSD integration into SIM

Second part of the splitted draft MR !1174 (closed)

Inclusion of FSD into CbmGeoXXXProviders to read correctly the geometry info and fetch it into transport. Transporting particles through FSD via FsdMC which feeds into to FsdPoint. Digitization is performed via FsdDigitize which reads FsdDigiPar and then can perform E-b-E or Time-Based digitization that simulates the response of read-out and fill FsdDigi objects.
