Include TzdDigi in CbmBuildEventsIdeal

CbmBuildEventsIdeal treats CbmTzdDigi along with the other digi types. The MR comprises the addition of CbmTzdDigi to CbmDigiManager and setting the proper link to the MC event in the simulation (CbmTzdDigitize).

Was tested against !1025 (merged) and works with CbmRecoTzero.

Looks good. I think it should be merged as is.

!1019 (diffs) also adds the CbmTzdDigi::GetSystem() function, so this will produce a rebase conflict, but a simple one.
