CA: moving L1InputData and L1IODataManager: elimination of the L1IODataManager dependency from L1Algo

* Use `fles::InputArchive` / `fles::OutputArchive` to read / write archives
* Reuse `fles::ArchiveDescriptor` as archive header
* Removed `--split-output-per-ts` flag
* Update `RecoResultsDescriptor` to include timeslice-index and start time
* Added `--dump-archive` flag to quickly inspect written archives for basic debugging
* Removed ability to add wildcards in output filename e.g. for hostname (this should be handled by slurm-startscript)

Strange zero size volume were found to cause segfault for MacOS systems. Documented in https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/2759
and MR !1126. Updates hash with geometry binary.

Use std:array with template size as input parameter.
Allow template instantiation only for classes derived from THnSparse.
