New or modified transport macros for file input (run_tra_file.C and beam simulation (run_tra_beam.C). Added three regular tests: transport of collision events, transport of signal events (from PLUTO) and transport of beam events.

Added CbmHbtEvent.

build_event_win_kronos.C does ONLY event builder, mcbm_build_and_reco_kronos.C does event builder + reco

There are two files pl_Eff_XY.C and pl_eff_XY.C in the directory
macro/beamtime which result in problems on macosx with upper-/lowercase
distinction. To solve the issue rename pl_Eff_XY.C to pl_Eff_XY_1.C.
Correct the function name.

Added new mcbm_qa.C macro to macro/mcbm/ (analogous to run_qa.C for full CBM; uses same QA classes). Added mcbm_qa.C to list of tests in macro/mcbm/CMakeLists.txt.
