- Added the cbm::algo::TrackingChain into online-reconstruction chain (parameters initialization)
- Added a parameter file for tracking to algo/params

A CA iteration (L1CAIteration class) represents a set of parameters, dependent from the particular track finder
running step. Previously, default iterations were initialized in the CbmL1::Init function with hard-coded values.
Now, the default iteration list is provided in the in the configuration file. At the moment there are three
main configuration files:
   ${VMCWORKDIR}/macro/L1/configs/ca_params_sts.yaml    -- L1Algo::TrackingMode::kSts
   ${VMCWORKDIR}/macro/L1/configs/ca_params_mcbm.yaml   -- L1Algo::TrackingMode::kMcbm
   ${VMCWORKDIR}/macro/L1/configs/ca_params_global.yaml -- L1Algo::TrackingMode::kGlobal

- track type and track fit histogrammers added
- index bug in TimeSliceReader class fixed

L1 bugfix: Changed iSta (local geometry station index) to iStaGlob (global active station index) in addressing to a L1Station object for TOF MC points selection

CbmTofInteraction class is introduced to address the problem of multiple MC points for one interaction.

L1: U and V coordinates and uncertainties conversion methods were refactored and moved from L1Algo to L1Station

L1Algo: constexpr constants moved from L1Parameters class to the L1Constants namespace (L1Constants.h)
