The latest version of our formating rules is applied to all header and source
files as well as to the macros using clang-format 11.0.

The shell script is extracted from CMakeLists.txt and runs the macros in
the same sequence for the sis100_electron setup only. The script can be
executed in the the installation.

* Add CbmEvent to RICH track extrapolation procedure.
* Add CbmEvent to the RICH track projection procedure.
* Add CbmEvent to ring reconstruction procedure.
* Add CbmEvent to ring fitting procedure.
* Add CbmEvent to ring-track matching procedure.
* Update run macros.

* Change some LOG outputs to debug mode.

The commit add the geometry and parameter files for tof_v20b from the
external parameter and geometry repositories.
The commit as well changes the tof version in the json config file to tof_v20b.
The geometry tof_v20b fixes an issue with tof_v20a and tof_v16e found on
18.04.21.
The number of channels per module and some module types were incorrect.
For consistency the existing geometry tof_v20a wasn't changed but a new fixed
one tof_v20b was created.
The macro used for the generation of the tof_v20 geometries was commited
with 0a48b9fc.

We decide to keep the old geometry for consistency and create instead a new
geometry tag v20b for the default tof geometry. To be consistent we also
have to revert to the old version of the macro.

Fix problem in CbmPVFinderKF (declaration of C array with non-positive size; redefine digi output file name for json to avoid overwriting conflict in the tests; slightly re-arrange tests from macro/run. Refs 2076.

Update for new clang-format rules.
