Fix NicaFemto compilation on macosx arm64.
Remove hardcoded GSL search directory and pass the correct brew install
directory which is now taken from the brew command.

Fix KFParticle compilation on macosx arm64.
Add patch which adds an include file which defines _mm_malloc and _mm_free.

When using the commit hash it is possible to check if a download is really
needed. Only in the case the hash has changed the external project command is
executed.

Don't require environmnet variables SIMPATH and FAIRROOTPATH when building
flesnet and NicaFemto. Pass the corresponding CMake variables to the build
processes of the packages.

The code format checker runs without downloading the external packages such
that one has to emulate the existence of the external packages.

The code checker must know the libraries so to make him happy just
define them.

Update to latest flesnet version
This version disables all code which need cpprest if the package isn't found
on the system. All functionality needed for CbmRoot is build.

VMC isn't any longer part of ROOT but an external package, so we have to find
it differently. The same problem also appears for NicaFemto such that we fix
the issue with a patch.

Updates hash to bring setups from geometry repository. Removes
some automated shifts to target in the transport macros.

It is discovered in issue2446 that the tof is placed incorrectely
in some setups. This fixes the issue. Defines local tof origin
as front surface of the frame, most upstream point.

Updates the geometry hash

Update commit hast to use latest version of the parameter repository.
The new much parameter files fixes the issue with wrong z positions of
much hits.

Include PSD geometries for Au beam at 12A GeV/c with full magnetic field (v22a)
and 3.3A GeV/c with 60% magnetic field to fit beam dump (v22b). Setup files also updated.

Include PSD in its parking postions (v22c) to be used in hadron and muon setups. Hadron
setup file updated.

and revert to old par hash to allow project build
