Change TOF tag in mCBM run 2391 alignment file + macro to do it

=> Fix for CI test mcbm_reco_toftr_2022_2391 in computing/cbmroot!1113 (merged)

  • TOF tag updated for tof_v21h to tof_v21i in AlignmentMatrices_mcbm_beam_2022_05_23_nickel.root to matches changes already merged in master.
  • The macro will allow to easily redo the step if we get similar problems (geometry tag changed but alignment matrices unchanged) in the future.

This will be superseded by !124 (merged) once the release is done and the other corresponding files (geometries and material maps) are also made available in MRs by the mCBM experts.
