Fix rich create macro and v25a geo info

Update rich create macro, add TGeoTranslation to file. Add preprocessors to run it via the interpreter, to be able to compile and run a debugger, and have IDE support.
All class accessors are placed in the macro.

Update information in v25a.geo.info file to create the geometry.

In draft mode, since geoCreator->GetGeoName() is a new functionallity which gets introduced in computing/cbmroot!2039 (merged)
