- Add task finding the spill borders with the T0 + macros
- In CbmMcbm2018Source, add support for selecting TS ranges for a chosen Spill range with 3 spill borders options
- Fix TS metadata calculation against corrupted MS 0 and move it to make sure it is generated even when TS range selected

- Replace un-needed calls with default description
- Synchronize time window for TOF in build_event_win.C
- Synchronize parameter folder path init in mcbm_build_and_reco.C
- Fix uncommented debug block in mcbm_event_reco.C

Additionally the parameter git hash was updated, such that it matches the latest version.

- fix name of folder hlding the text files
- use different variable name for the two files
- exit with kFALSE if file opening failed
- formatting (tabs, spaces, ...)
- update also the macro for unpacking on mFLES

In the previous version a stage where the Trd parameters were not correctly loaded

Apply code formatting to all source/header files and root macros.

- remove all references to Hodo
- add switch for 70mV mRICH threshold Parameter
- make all variant have consistent behavior
- add add mTOF mapping parameter switching
- tune time offsets for runs 8xx (peaks in positive dT to T0)
- Add additional TRD param files
- fixes for problems found thanks to CDASH testing

of the old SVN repository of CbmRoor at
https://subversion.gsi.de/cbmsoft/cbmroot/trunk
The old SVN repository will still be available for read access.
