New or modified transport macros for file input (run_tra_file.C and beam simulation (run_tra_beam.C). Added three regular tests: transport of collision events, transport of signal events (from PLUTO) and transport of beam events.

Added CbmHbtEvent.

build_event_win_kronos.C does ONLY event builder, mcbm_build_and_reco_kronos.C does event builder + reco

Up to now the TS length was hardcoded for the TimesliceMetaData object.
This commit adds an automatic calculation and inserts it
into the stored TimesliceMetaData objects.

CbmMuchDigitizerQa: More cleanup. No empty canvases or histograms are stored when no MC data is present.

There are two files pl_Eff_XY.C and pl_eff_XY.C in the directory
macro/beamtime which result in problems on macosx with upper-/lowercase
distinction. To solve the issue rename pl_Eff_XY.C to pl_Eff_XY_1.C.
Correct the function name.

Added new mcbm_qa.C macro to macro/mcbm/ (analogous to run_qa.C for full CBM; uses same QA classes). Added mcbm_qa.C to list of tests in macro/mcbm/CMakeLists.txt.

Add code which automatically converts the old tof address scheme to
the new one for the the CbmTofDigi data class.
Since for some of the varibales less bits than before are
available a check was added which catches such cases and stop the
execution with an error message in such cases.
This is unfortunately not yet possible for CbmTofPoint and CbmTofHit.
For both data classes the address is a member of the base class and
it was not possible to change the value of the base class member in
the same way. When reading any old versions of both classes the
macro execution is stopped immediately with an error message.
