MVD v20{a,b,c}_vx: carrier medium of 1st station fixed

The carrier medium of the 1st station of the vx (vertexing)
geometries should be CVD diamond. This material/medium
was introduced in a previous commit but erroneously not
used up to now. This commit fixed this.
