Properly update the local working copy before building

- Digi address filling needs to be checked by the detector groups
- Include update to tof parameter class, cleanup not done

The class gets as input a string defining the different input files. 
The different files are separated by a ";". The file names can contain also 
a "*" as wildcard, which can be used if there is a series of files 
differing by the file number.
