Converges to CAD and its material budget. Updates to beampipe tunnel, entrance and exit windows, mirror supports and its structs and connectors, and rich container frame.

This geometry files only adds copy numbers to the nodes. The geometry itself
hasn't changed.

The GDML file is a copy of rich_v17a_1e.gdml where the names of the rich
volume is changed from rich_v17a_1e to rich_v21a.
The ROOT geometry was created with macro/rich/Import_GDML_Export_ROOT.c
as it is added with CbmRoot MR 714.

Electron, Hadron, JPSI and LMVM setups use new coordinate system, each dectector is written
with reference to the centre of the magnet, instead of the old target position.

Old setup_sis100_[electron,hadron,jpsi,hadron.C renamed to
setup_sis100_[electron,hadron,jpsi,hadron]_APR21.C with the intenstion that they
will be deleted in the near future.

Candidate default geometries for the DEC21 SW release are available at setup_sis100_electron_DEC21.C
and similarily for other setups.

long_sts setup is removed from setup directory.

magnet_v21a is the shifted verison of v20a
magnet_v21b is the shifted verison of v20b
rich_v21a is the shifted verison of v17a_1e

Shifted by 40cm consistent with the change of coordinates from
old target position to centre of the magnet.

Having seperate translation for pipe_v16c causes problems for inclusion
of MVD. Translation via node shift instead.

Correct two files which were incorrect.

All include geometries weren't changed. Instead of writing the volumes
to the file the volumes are now exported and the placement matrix added
to the file. The new file format solves a problem that for some volumes
the media was changed when combining the different detector geometries
to the complete experimental setup. Refs #1535
