[squashed] Introduce setup file for the mCBM Nickel run starting May 8th

- Use latest STS, TRD and TOF geometries
- Switch to TRD v24e as default, refs #3280
- Use mRICH v24a in setup, Shift RICH upstream in z by 12 cm, following the TOF mainframe, refs #3302
