Add material budget files for new trd geometries

(re) update parameters for new Fasp mapping. Depends on computing/cbmroot!728

New TRD v21c and v21d parameter files with corrected rotation and a-link assignment of TRD 1D modules

Mcbm geometries much v22c and v22d are copies of v22a and v22b
respectively. The parameter files are copied.

A copy of the mvd_v20c parameter files is provided.

MVD v20d is a shift of the MVD_v20c to the center of the magnet
as its coordinate system.

Since Pascal left CBM Alexandru and Philipp are assigned as code owners for
the trd directory.

links to trd_v20b equivalents for asic, digi, gain and gas

STS_v20a is linked to STS_v19a matbudget binary as it is only shifted by 40cm
which is to consistant with a global coordinate change from the old target
positon to the centre of the magnet.

Much_v20c_digi_sector.root is a copy of much_v20c_digi_sector.root
Much_v21c_digi_sector.root is a copy of much_v21c_digi_sector.root

STS geo v21f: This geometry has a target position -4 cm and last station at 99.5 cm.

STS geo v21g: This geometry has a target position at -44 cm from the center of the magnet.

The material budget files are produced for both geometry version to merge them in the cbmroot.

Remove additional spaces between the directory name and the code owners
