Tof calibration file

moving the calibration file from computing/cbmroot!1741 (merged) to the mCBM repository

@d.emschermann I think that alexandru rebased on the "official" repo so this would also introduce all changes from there since I synchronized last week. I think it is safe as that would be only changes in the online folder, but I let you decide whether to merge or to do a direct commit by hand

@a.bercuci @n.herrmann I have pushed only the TOF calibration file into the mcbm fork, not the 5 other commits. I am closing this MR now.
