Add TRD v24e geometry binary, shifting the TRD1D downstream module by 3 cm in -x direction, refs #3282

Add new STS geometry v24c, shift of STS in Z direction/axis as per the measurement in the CAVE, provided by Mehulkumar Shiroya

Changes default macros to output reproducible binaries. Provides psd_v24f which coincides with pipe_v21f and fsd_v23f, i.e. no magnetic field.

Converges to CAD and its material budget. Updates to beampipe tunnel, entrance and exit windows, mirror supports and its structs and connectors, and rich container frame.

TRD2D for the electron, hadron, muon setups. Compliant with 1-day layout.

Edit miscalculated acceptance angles to highlight that they are from the centre of the magnet.

For 10 AGeV Au beam (11 AGeV/c), relates with pipe_v21i
Make default in electron setup

Incremental improved geometry. Readout shape corrected for stations 1 and 2 now with steel supports. FR4 material for edge frame, readout and drift. Al support with hole for PCBs.
