Changing the CA parameter file from the last merge request. The file was previously generated with
the nov22p1 FairSoft version and cannot be read using the older version, utilized in the
OnlineRecoCanProcessTimeslice test.

- the online tracking chain config is renamed from "CaConfig.yaml" to "TrackingChainConfig.yaml"
w- the ca.par update (accounting for a material gap between STS and TOF)
- the main and user configuration for CA tracking in online tracking chain is added
- the ca.par is now used only for geometry representation, the tracking parameters are updated from the configs
- the number of threads is removed from the online tracking chain config

New fields for monitor storing are added: MoniOutName defines the name of the monitor output file,
StoreMonitor defines the flag, if the monitor should be saved.

The configuration file online/CaConfig.yaml contains a list of settings for the TrackingChain instance execution.
At the moment there are two parameters: the name of the tracking parameters file and the number of threads to
execute tracking in the online reconstruction chain.

CA online: added parameters with misalignment corrections, updated the mcbm_beam_2022_05_23_nickel.ca.par link
