TRD v20b_1e current default graph.
Reduction of index names.

Semi-automated static check for media.geo file.
Compares atomic number against the atomic mass.
Compares relative amounts for composite materials.
Output human readable names to help spotting of name and component mismatches.

Includes bash script which just runs awk with correct media.geo file and an ASCII table of elements.

Following https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/2119 and SWM discussion, recommended MVD version "v20c_tr" was not compatiable with sts "v19a".
This change should be reverted once a new STS geometry is available.

Fix the stage for the rebase check.
After the upgrade it lloks like that the pipeline doesn't run any longer in
the context of the forked project but in context of the master project such
that the project path wasn't correct any longer. This allows now to compare
upstream/master to HEAD.

Implementation of realistic geometry, gas mixture and material budget for GEM chambers in jpsi setup.
Add new media definitions.

Corrects internal name of top vol.

This geometry is a shifted copy of v16e_1e and is the same as tof_v20a_1h.

Hard coded translation in CbmMagnet.cxx in cbmroot repository may be safely removed at later date.

translation of TOF and PSD downstream.

We don't want to have files with dos CRLF line endings in the repository,
so we test if any of the changed files has this file type.

v20a places PSD at position 10.5m and 12.95cm in z and x displacement with 0.0132 rotation round the y-axis which is consistent with a compact electron setup with a 1.1m BFTC at 12 AGeV/c

v20b places PSD at postion 11.1m and 13.75cm in z and x displacement with 0.0132 radians rotation round the y-axis which is consistent with a compact muon setup including its 5th absorber with a beam at 12 AGeV/c and a BFTC of 1.1m.
