Transition from old to modern cmake in sim and mvd directories

current source dir is included for CbmGeoSetup target using target_include_directories(), so doesn't need the path in source files now. modification in all CMakeLists.txt files is implemented for sim and mvd directories. For more details about modifications, please see !967 (merged)
