L1: Kalman Filter filtration update

• Add more numerical stability to KF filtration routines.
• minor changes

@s.zharko, @v.akishina, these are some of the changes we tried during our last meeting.

• I added the 3-correlation test found by Valentina.
• I added a small correction to the determinator as Sergey proposed.

For further tests of the fit one can uncomment lines 720+ in L1CATrackFinder.cxx

• The performance has been changed (improved) a bit.
• In the last commit I introduce a new histogram. Therefore the comparison with old versions via RunChecks.C will not work.
