Major update in RICH geometry. Now RICH geometry is created completely with TGeoManager.

New RICH geometries v22a (with shielding box) and v22b (without shielding box) were created using this new implementation. See MR184 for the new RICH geometries: CbmSoft/cbmroot_geometry!184 (merged)
