[CI] Add mCBM 2022 typ. runs 2391 and 2488 to tests used in CI and Nightly

For now only unpacker step as the other ones are not decoupled and need extra files. When all parameters/calibration files are available at least locally on run4, I plan to add the following steps:

1. event building
2. local reconstruction
3. Hadron/lambda analysis
4. tracking reconstruction
