Remove duplicate definition of CbmTofHit.

In my opinion it should be fine to remove it. The code came in even in the old SVN repo with the following comment

I checked the repo around this time and saw that the changes which were introduced in the MQ subdirectory entered the TofHit class in core/data/tof some days later. The changes added the possibility to use the Boost streamer. I am nearly 100% sure that the version in the MQ was only for testing and after the test was done we forgot to remove it again.

I will merge the MR.
