make monitoring tasks for SPADIC and FASP run in paralell

Items fixed in this commit:

1. Errors seen during first tests on the dry runs (with Pierre)

2. Make the original CbmTrdUnpackMonitor task aware of the ASIC type per module and skip histo generations for FASP read-out chambers.
