Basic Monitoring for MuCh

Working basic monitoring plots for MuCh (GEM and RPC). It works with CRI based DAQ and uses generated equipment_id from CRI python scripts. It display the plots for connected FEBs for each CROBs. Detailed mapping of each GEM & RPC Pad from FEB and Channel ID is pending. Will do soon. To enable 2 GEM and RPC Module, insert eq_id as DPB ids in the mMuchPar.par file accordingly.
