L1: don't assert() on MC point Z_Out due to a bug in the transport

Temporarily remove an assertion on MC point Z_Out, as it was decided here: https://redmine.cbm.gsi.de/issues/2423?issue_count=19&issue_position=2&next_issue_id=2377&prev_issue_id=2428

The assertion is triggered due to a bug in the transport, that has to be investigated.
