WIP: add timebased option to AT converter
- possibility to read files reconstructed in time-based mode is added
- event matching is done in separate class CbmMatchEvents
- @v.friese, probably needs to be moved somewhere? It's a simple temporary solution until we develop a proper one, but I think it could be useful also outside of AT Converter
- latest versions of AT and ATQA
- integral plots in ATQA package
- some bugs are fixed
