Improved the description of the compilation/installation of CbmRoot.

Remark: The README file suggests using the auto-install script, which is currently not operational with the latest versions of FairSoft/FairRoot/CbmRoot. This needs to be addressed but is beyond the scope of this MR.

Ok, done. I think the main problem is that the ./configure.sh script was removed/renamed for the last FairSoft release. If we want to continue supporting both old and new versions then a switch is needed.
