LMVM: Add histograms and do small changes

Added histograms: Cut Efficiency, TofM2Cut, RichANN vs Mom.

Changes: - add fRebin for inv. mass histograms - extend range of minv histograms to 2.5 GeV/c - remove bool 'drawSignificance'

restarting the tests will not change the issue. The problem are not the failing tests but a compilation error.

If you want to use the FairLogger you need to include the proper header file

#include <Logger.h>

should do the trick.
