Updates geometry tags, shifted geometries
Modification to macros of APR21 default to shift them by 40 cm consistent with a change of global coordinate system from the old position of the target to the center of the magnet.
Geometry, and parameter repo tags updated. Tags in switch_defaults.sh also updated and script is made more robust.
