Update rich unpacker

This code change introduces the possibility to change between different unpacker versions.

• vers 02: mCBM data from summer 2021
• vers 03: future mRICH data with upgraded CRI based data transport

Vers 02 is changed to fit the updated scheme with a base class. Vers 03 is newly introduced and tested on lab-data.
