Add installation of all parameters files needed for mCBM2021 unpacking

It seems that the macos_11 runner has some problem with its https or its key for CDASH: https://git.cbm.gsi.de/computing/cbmroot/-/jobs/54976

I think the last pipeline of !610 (merged) is also failing for the same reason

The problem ist that I moved use a new VM image on the VirtualBox runners which has use new FairSoft/FairRoot version but not yet update the CI pipeline.

I will do the update of the configuration immediately and rebase after the merge the failing merge requests.
