Fix TRD-2D geometry and simulation for mCBM

The update contains several fixes for the TRD-2D system as it installed at mCBM 21

  • fix overlapings in the geometry
  • do not simulate the TR as there is no radiator available
  • do not simulate digi if there is no corresponding ASIC installed
  • use correct pad-plane dimensions
