Add surveyed RICH, TRD and TOF geometry positions for mCBM setup 2021 07, refs #2215

We did a survey of the detector positions in mCBM. And updated RICH, TRD and TOF accordingly, by shifting as follows: TOF v21c -> v21d RICH v20d -> v21a TRD v21a -> v21b
