Ideal DigiEventBuilder: order events in time

Two modifications in CbmBuildEventsIdeal to simplify comparison with event-by-event digitization:

1. order output events in time - by their MC indices (file+event)

2. when a digi belongs to several events, put it to all of them.

The price you pay for having the events sorted w.r.t MC event number is that you now go twice through the entire digis and their links. Isn't there a cleverer way to achieve this goal?
