L1: remove "using *" from the headers

1. remove "using *" directives from the headers
2. change some std::vectors to L1Vector

I think you have to fix

analysis/common/analysis_tree_converter/CbmStsTracksConverter.cxx

since you remove using namespace std;. Instead of

isfinitethe code should be std::isfinite. In my opinion this should fix the failing pipelines.
